Getting started
What is LetLoose?
LetLoose is your AI weekend concierge. You tell it what kind of day you want โ date night, family Saturday, solo evening โ and we build a day-by-day plan around real events and places near you. No more scrolling through ten apps and a group chat to figure out what to do.
How do I sign up?
Tap 'Sign up โ Free trial' anywhere on the site. You'll verify your email (we use a one-tap magic link), then build a quick profile so your picks feel personal. The whole flow takes about three minutes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes โ every verified email gets 2 free credits, which is enough for your first real plan. The credits never expire, so you can come back when you actually have a weekend to plan.
Credits & billing
What's a credit?
A credit is the unit you spend each time you search for events or build a plan. The free trial gives you 2 credits ($2 worth). You can top up anytime โ $5 buys 5 credits, $8/month buys 10 credits (best value monthly), $80/year buys 120 credits (best annual value).
Do credits expire?
Top-up credits and free-trial credits never expire โ they sit in your account until you use them. Monthly subscription credits roll fresh each month (use-it-or-lose-it), and yearly subscription credits expire at the end of the year. Top-up credits stay forever in a separate bucket as a safety net.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime. Click the credit pill in the top navigation, choose 'Manage subscription', and you'll get a Stripe portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method. You keep any unused credits through the end of your billing period.
How does billing work?
We use Stripe for all payments. Top-ups are one-time charges; subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. We never store your card details โ they live in Stripe's vault.
Using LetLoose
How does the planner work?
Pick a vibe (or type your own intent), drop in your city, and hit search. We surface events and places that match โ add the ones that catch your eye to your cart. When you're ready, head to Plan and we'll write a day-by-day itinerary around your cart, including timing, travel hints, and weather.
Can I plan for multiple days?
Yes. Add events for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday โ the Plan page groups them by day automatically. You can drag-and-drop places between days if you want to reorganize, and the planner respects whatever structure you build.
Does it work in my city?
LetLoose works best in cities where event aggregators (Eventbrite, Meetup, Ticketmaster) have decent coverage โ that's most major US metros plus popular international cities. The featured grid on our landing page is a good starting list. If your city has thin coverage, the planner will still pull in places to visit and restaurants.
Can I save my searches and plans?
Yes. Star events or places to save them to your Saved tab. Save up to three search filter combos as named presets so you can come back to them with one click.
Privacy & account
What data do you collect?
Your email and the profile preferences you fill in (vibes you like, city, dietary needs, etc.). We use them to personalize your picks โ that's it. We don't sell your data, and we don't track you across other sites. Read the full privacy policy at /privacy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email support@letloose.fun from your account email and we'll remove your data within 7 days. We can also export a copy of everything we have on you in JSON if you'd like to see it first.
Do you share my data with event organizers?
No. When you click through to an event listing (Eventbrite, etc.) you arrive as an anonymous visitor โ the organizer doesn't know LetLoose sent you, and we never share your email or preferences with them.
Troubleshooting
I'm not getting any results โ what's wrong?
Two common causes: (1) your city has thin event coverage this weekend โ try expanding the date range or picking a different vibe; (2) your filters are too narrow โ remove a chip or two. If neither helps, drop us a note at support@letloose.fun and we'll investigate.
The page says I'm out of credits but I just signed up.
Refresh the page once. If it still shows zero, your free credits haven't landed yet โ email support@letloose.fun with your account email and we'll top you up manually within a few hours.
How do I report a bug?
Use the floating 'Share feedback' button in the bottom-right of any page, or email support@letloose.fun directly. Screenshots help us a lot.
